Tool Designer
Minimum 5 years experience generating 3D models and 2D CAD drawings and assemblies.
- Experience designing die or mold.
- An Associates Degree in Computer Aided Design/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience and education,
- Good communication, organization, math and computer skills.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical drafting techniques and international drafting standards.
- The ability to use and understand precision measuring tool and general hand tools to examine and document products.
- The ability to learn quickly and keep pace with scientific and engineering developments.
- The right candidate must be self motivated, have the ability to work and make decisions with very little supervision and be able to establish good working relationships with all internal functions. Person must thrive in a sometimes very busy environment and possess the ability to keep track of several projects simultaneously.
